About Avenue Advisors

Who We Are

Institutional hospitality advisory built on principal-level relationships, transaction execution, and market intelligence.

Our Story

A new firm backed by a proven track record.

Avenue Advisors was founded by Eric Guerrero with a clear vision for building a focused, relationship-driven hotel brokerage firm for the long term.

While Avenue is a new name, the experience behind it spans years of hotel investment sales, valuation and advisory work across Marcus & Millichap, CBRE Hotels and HVS. Eric, James Rebullida and Fadi Rawashdeh have worked alongside one another across multiple firms for more than a decade, bringing an established working relationship and deep hotel transaction experience into Avenue.

Avenue brings that experience into an independent firm where the team can be intentional about the clients they serve, the work they take on and the reputation attached to the Avenue name.

The Firm

Built for the long term.

Avenue isn't being built around transaction volume for transaction volume's sake. The goal is to build a respected hotel advisory firm known for the quality of its work, the strength of its relationships and the experience clients have working with the team.

Growth will be intentional. The firm will remain thoughtful about the people it brings on, the assignments it accepts and the services it adds, with an emphasis on preserving the personal accountability and high standard of execution Avenue was created to deliver.

Relationships

Built one relationship at a time.

The team's experience has been shaped by long-term ownership relationships rather than one-time transactions. Across 160 hotel closings, 49% have come from repeat clients spanning 31 ownership relationships.

Those relationships form the foundation Avenue is being built on today.
