Eric Guerrero

Eric Guerrero is the Founder & CEO of Avenue Advisors, bringing nearly two decades of hotel investment sales and advisory experience to the firm.

Eric began his brokerage career at Marcus & Millichap before joining CBRE Hotels and later HVS, where he built and led the firm’s Brokerage & Advisory division. Over the course of his career, he has personally led more than 160 hotel transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion nationwide.

With a background in accounting, Eric brings an analytical mindset to brokerage and a belief that the numbers should drive the conversation. His experience spans private investors and institutional clients, with hotel transactions ranging from individual limited-service assets to multi-property portfolios.

Eric earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and holds a Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and Texas.
