James Rebullida

James Rebullida is Managing Director at Avenue Advisors and has worked alongside Eric since 2013, beginning at Marcus & Millichap and continuing through CBRE Hotels and HVS.

His experience spans both brokerage and hotel ownership. After underwriting hotel assets at CBRE, James joined Concord Hospitality, where he evaluated acquisition, joint-venture and development opportunities from the ownership side. He later rejoined Eric at HVS, ultimately rising to Senior Vice President and building long-standing client relationships across the hotel market.

At Avenue, James helps lead transactions from signed listing agreement through marketing, buyer vetting, negotiation and closing. He has performed valuations on more than $2 billion of hotel investment properties and personally led more than 30 hotel transactions totaling over $250 million.

James earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, graduating magna cum laude, and is a licensed real estate sales agent in Texas.
