Fadi Rawashdeh

Fadi Rawashdeh is a Director at Avenue Advisors, bringing a deeply analytical background in hotel valuation, underwriting and transaction support.

Fadi began working with Eric and James at Marcus & Millichap in 2014 before moving with the team to CBRE. He later joined HVS, first in Consulting & Valuation and then in Brokerage & Advisory, performing valuations across more than 100 hotels ranging from economy to upper-upscale properties.

Fadi has performed valuations on more than $3 billion of hotel investment properties and has been directly involved in sales support for hundreds of hospitality transactions totaling more than $1 billion. At Avenue, he develops the underwriting, valuations and offering materials that form the analytical foundation of assignments while also working directly with clients.

Fadi earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and is a licensed real estate sales agent in Texas.
